If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of services
Solaria World provides a unified cryptocurrency platform offering: portfolio and exchange management (Solaria Control), educational courses on blockchain and crypto (Solaria Academy), tax calculation and reporting tools (Solaria Tax), and investment and custody services (Solaria Vault). Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Access to certain services may require registration and compliance with applicable eligibility requirements.
3. Financial and crypto risk disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Our services relate to cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Please read the following carefully:
- Cryptocurrency investments carry a high level of risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Digital assets are highly volatile. Values can fluctuate significantly in short periods. There is no guarantee of liquidity or the ability to sell assets when desired.
- Nothing on our website or in our services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VP INVESTMENTS SRL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
7. Consumer rights (EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these terms affects your right to bring a claim in your country of residence. You may have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive where applicable. For digital content, withdrawal may be limited once you have started downloading or streaming.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VP INVESTMENTS SRL, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. For consumers in the EEA or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, except where your mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
